Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:

Our organisation seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
  2. Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants.
  3. Conduct regular property inspections and site visits to ensure maintenance and contractor works are carried out efficiently.
  4. Oversee lease document management, negotiate lease renewals, and ensure compliance with tenant and landlord obligations.
  5. Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and budgeting and reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
  1. A motivated individual with a passion for real estate.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  4. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  5. A positive team player who is eager to learn and grow.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  1. Current Real Estate Registration.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Experience with Cirrus 8 or Re-Leased software is advantageous.
  5. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
