Sales Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial Sales team at NOVA Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery, assisting Account Directors in pitching to clients, and processing on-air booking approval forms.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery that meets client expectations.
- Assist Account Directors in crafting presentations and proposals to pitch to clients.
- Process on-air booking approval forms, source advertising materials, and assist in the implementation of client campaigns.
- Help organize client events and functions, and work closely with our Events and Promotions teams for client-led activations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Formalized Audio Academy Training to upskill you across the full audio landscape and product suite.
