The Opportunity

As our next Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will be based at the Iron Bridge open-cut mine site project in Western Australia. You will thrive on meeting goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner by prioritising resources, machinery and personnel.
  • Solve daily and weekly technical and resource logistical problems.
  • Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
  • Identify resource and skill gaps for team members and develop strategies to close these gaps.
  • Mentor, coach and roll out training and development plans.
About You
  • You hold a Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting or Auto Electrician.
  • You have 5+ years post-trade experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience with large fleets of mobile mining machinery.
  • You have Mine System Maintenance experience.
  • You possess general computer skills.
  • Supervisor experience is preferred.
  • Mentoring and/or coaching experience is preferred.
  • You have sound knowledge of planning and scheduling, plant availability and preventative maintenance processes.
  • You possess excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
