Mobile Plant Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise to optimize maintenance activities and ensure the efficient operation of our mobile plant fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans and conceptual studies to maximize equipment availability in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance scheduling activities related to mobile plant.
- Plan and schedule personnel and resources according to maintenance reports.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance shutdown activities related to mobile plant and scheduling activities.
- Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role within open-pit hard rock mining.
- Extensive practical knowledge and experience in JDE (or equivalent).
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance on large mining mobile plant.
- Proven experience with implementation of business and continuous improvement projects.
- Demonstrated experience with scheduling for servicing and preventative maintenance, repair estimate, forecasting, and budgeting of recurring repairs, inspection of repairs, and maintaining safety standards.
