Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Consultant to join our professional services team focused on working with our Defence sector clients in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical consultancy services to support the deployment and use of RLDatix's suite of products.
  • Engage directly with end users, interpret requirements, participate in creating, testing, documenting and delivering customised applications to client specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues through technical skillset and collaboration with the internal technical team.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical users for requirements gathering, functional specification creation, business analysis, training and client liaison.
Requirements
  • Experience with Client/Server as well as Web Platforms.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Consultant or Software Engineer.
  • Highly regarded skills: Defence knowledge or previous experience with this sector, IIS Server knowledge, SQL Server 2012/2014 or higher.
  • Attributes: Energetic Self-starter, Detail orientated, Able to work with minimal supervision, Thorough.
