About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant to join our team at OpenText Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with leading companies, tackle complex issues, and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.

The Opportunity:

As a Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their businesses, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions to address their challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement technical solutions for clients, following an agreed technical design.
  • Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
  • Lead small to medium technical projects, working under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and collaborating with customer representatives.
  • Liaise with the Solutions Architect to ensure alignment and coherence in the technical approach.
  • Provide technical support and input on applying technology to a defined business segment, offering advice on solutions and integration opportunities.
  • Communicate across the client community, adding value and demonstrating company strategy execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
  • Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across a number of technologies.
  • Ability to develop solutions that enhance the availability, performance, maintainability, and agility of a particular customer's enterprise.
  • Understanding of architectural dependencies of technologies in use in the customer's IT environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause.
