The Role

This is an opportunity for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft HyperV server environment.
  • Implementing new software integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Managing system upgrades and new software implementations to minimize disruption.
  • Ensuring network reliability and security.
  • Configuring DNS, routers, switches, and firewall policies.
  • Supporting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS.
  • Addressing VOIP issues.

We are investing in cloud-based technologies, primarily using Microsoft Azure and M365, and you will play a key role in these projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • Extensive experience managing physical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience conducting on-premises migrations to cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing project implementation work with Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting SIP and ensuring IP telephony system reliability.
