As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the services they receive from us. Your primary goal will be to identify and understand their business needs, and provide them with relevant solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical or pre-sales role, where they have developed strong relationship-building skills and can communicate complex ideas effectively. They will also have experience working with stakeholders and customers in a software environment.

About the Role
  1. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty.
  2. Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, coordinating and overseeing all on-boarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users.
  3. Provide account insights through data analysis, published into regular quarterly business reviews.
  4. Advocate internally for your accounts, educating them on products and maintaining lasting relationships to drive retention, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrable experience in a Technical (Geotechnical), Pre-sales, Account Management or similar role.
  2. Experience working with geotechnical solutions would be advantageous, as would experience working with clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors.
  3. Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment would be beneficial.
