Environmental Conservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee biodiversity project teams and facilitate the development and delivery of projects that support conservation efforts in the Cradle Coast Region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop new proposals and projects through effective stakeholder engagement and partnership development, ensuring alignment with the 2030 NRM Strategy.
- Manage biodiversity projects to a high standard, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
- Foster collaboration among key stakeholders to adopt conservation action and achieve conservation goals.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive positive change.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of biodiversity conservation principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar capacity. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where professionals can grow and develop their skills.
