About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance & Administration Analyst to join our team at Rest Super. As a key member of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and management of our IGA platform and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity Provisioning and De-Provisioning: Assist with the setup of auto provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities across various systems and applications.
  • User Account Management: Oversee the timely and accurate setup of user accounts and access rights based on business requirements.
  • Security Assessments: Conduct periodic security assessments of selected Azure, AWS, and other platform privileged accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Implementation: Assist with enabling applications single sign-on functionality via Entra ID.
  • Account Deactivation: Coordinate with relevant teams for deactivation or removal of unnecessary accounts to reduce the attack surface.
  • IGA Platform Administration: Administration and maintenance of the IGA platform.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor IGA system health and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IGA processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on access rights, user activities, and compliance metrics as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the IGA framework.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows.
  • Audit Participation: Participate in audits, assessments, and assurance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in identity and access management.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in conducting reviews and security assessments.
  • Technologies: Understanding of the role of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in the IGA context and integrating with them.
  • Software: Familiarity with technologies such as SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk, AWS, and Azure etc.
  • Active Directory Management: Experience with Active Directory management and privileged account reviews.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, particularly in Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Process Analysis: Analysing and designing processes related to identity management (e.g. managing the identity life cycle, access requests, privilege control).
