Identity Oversight Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Identity Oversight Senior Manager to join our Identity and Access Technology (IAT) Teams. As a key member of our Group Security practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of identity and access controls across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans to assess the effectiveness of identity controls and processes.
- Collaborate with control owners and technology teams to prioritize and address identified findings.
- Conduct self-assessments and provide a consolidated view of controls operated by Identity.
- Contribute to actionable insights that inform Business Unit Investment (BUIT) prioritization.
- Drive remediation activities and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge and experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management.
- Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
- Strong data skills and automation experience, with excellent written and communication skills.
