About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance & Administration Analyst to join our team at Rest. As a key member of our Identity Governance & Administration team, you will play a pivotal role in the support, administration, and management of our IGA platform and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance for all IGA-related tasks and processes, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Facilitate identity provisioning and de-provisioning across various systems and applications.
  • Conduct periodic security assessments of privileged accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with enabling applications single sign-on functionality via Entra ID.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for deactivation or removal of unnecessary accounts to reduce the attack surface.
  • Administer and maintain the IGA platform, monitoring system health and performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IGA processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Generate reports on access rights, user activities, and compliance metrics as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the IGA framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows.
  • Participate in audits, assessments, and assurance activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in identity and access management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting reviews and security assessments.
  • Understanding of the role of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in the IGA context and integrating with them.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk, AWS, and Azure etc.
  • Experience with Active Directory management and privileged account reviews.
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, particularly in Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Analysing and designing processes related to identity management (e.g. managing the identity life cycle, access requests, privilege control).
