Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
