Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Service Manager to take on a critical role in driving business improvements and providing expert technical support.

The Regional Service Manager plays a key part in enhancing aftersales performance of our network. This includes collaborating with service teams at dealerships, monitoring operations, and offering feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related issues within assigned regions, developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality and efficiency, monitoring dealer service operations, and assessing technical training needs.

A strong technical background, experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, and proven leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive service management, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-location role, preferably with an OEM or large dealer group.
  • Strong technical background with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair. ASE Master Technician Certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence dealership service teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders.
