Automotive Service Leader

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and managing the service team to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to technicians to diagnose complex issues and ensure accurate repairs.
  • Ensuring positive customer interactions, addressing concerns, and providing expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintaining rigorous quality control standards and conducting training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service technician team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Technician or Service Manager in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and team management.
  • Technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostic procedures and repair techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address complex automotive issues effectively.
