As a Financial Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Applying data analytics and reporting skills to monitor financial practices and system performance.
  • Analysing and reviewing business models to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and optimization.
  • Supporting staff and clients to improve documentation and collection processes, minimising lost revenue.
  • Developing training programs to ensure financial practices are efficient and accurate.
  • Preparing reports, providing feedback on improvements, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Financial experience and strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data visualisation).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn financial systems – full training will be provided.
  • Current driver's licence (essential) to support travel across sites as required.
  • Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
