Job Title: Education Leadership and Quality Improvement Specialist

The role of the Education Leadership and Quality Improvement Specialist is pivotal in enhancing the overall quality of care and services. This position involves providing strategic leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure quality governance, compliance, and competency of team members.

This specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, maintaining a continuous learning environment, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on quality-focused practices
  • Maintain a comprehensive plan for continuous improvement
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Coordinate regular audits and quality indicator reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training
  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
