We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Noosa Heads. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on their feet and work under pressure. You will be responsible for serving customers, operating the point of sale system, and engaging with your team and customers alike.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and strong people skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

**Working Conditions**

**Experience & Certification**

Prior experience as a Barista is preferred, but not essential. An RSA Certificate is also desirable.

**Language Requirements**

We require a high level of proficiency in English language.
