Lead Block Cave Mining Crew

We're seeking a capable and experienced Underground Production Supervisor to lead one of our Block Cave mining crews. This pivotal role requires delivering safe, timely, and high-quality ore production to the mill.
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in block cave and or sub-level cave operation, understanding the complexities of the methods and how to drive safe, efficient outcomes.
- Leading and mentoring your crew to deliver safe and efficient ore production
- Maintaining tight schedules and achieving high-quality results (grade, size, moisture)
- Driving safety conversations and improving risk assessments
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals
- Supporting team development and recognizing great work
You'll have opportunities for growth and development within the company.
About YouWe're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in block cave mining and or a sub-level cave production environment. Your leadership style should be grounded in practical know-how, a commitment to safety, and the ability to build trust and performance within your crew.
- Demonstrated experience in block cave mining and or a sub-level cave production environment
- Strong understanding of underground production environments including automated/remote loaders, crushers and conveyors
- A current Underground NSW Mine Supervisor Practising Certificate
- Minimum 1 year in a Production Supervisor role
- At least 5 years of underground mining experience
- First Aid, Working at Heights, security clearance and a current Driver's Licence
