Underground Mining Specialist Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Nipper Operator to join our underground mining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Jumbo Operators by setting up headings and preparing the work area for drilling and ground support.
Key Responsibilities:- Setting up headings and preparing the work area for drilling and ground support
- Assisting with the installation of bolts and mesh to ensure ground stability
- Helping to minimise equipment downtime by assisting with basic repairs and maintenance on Jumbo rigs
- Managing the delivery and installation of ground support consumables to keep operations running smoothly
- Accurately recording shift data and reports—keeping everything on track and on time
- Communicating clearly with the Shift Boss and crew to stay aligned on daily priorities
- Embracing Evolution's health, safety, and security standards—learning to identify risks and contribute to a safe work environment
