This role is a residential position within the Parkes local area.About the roleThe current sub-level cave at Northparkes offers a solid 10-year mine life, including five years of development mining.
Following this, Evolution Mining has a pipeline of future projects that will extend operations for another decade.

You'll be part of the crew making sure everything's running smoothly—from air and water to power and ground support.
If you're handy, hard-working, and happy to muck in, this is your kind of gig.Here's what you'll be doing:Getting stuck into ventilation, water, power, ground support, and compressed air tasksHelping out your mates and leaning on the Shift Supervisor when neededPitching in with mine services—fixing up old infrastructure and helping install new gear like roadways, air, water, and cablesRunning logistics and stores trucks—moving explosives, ground support gear, and whatever else needs shiftingKeeping safety front and centre, spotting risks, and doing things the right wayLiving the Evolution values every shiftAbout youYou're a reliable team player who's not afraid of hard work and knows your way around underground operations.
