Hydrologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Hydrologist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from our water and wastewater networks.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret complex data sets. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in hydrology or for an experienced professional looking for a new challenge.

About the Role

This role involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will need to be physically fit and comfortable with heights as you will be required to climb down into confined spaces.

You will spend most of your time in the field collecting and analyzing data, but you will also be required to work in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from our water and wastewater networks
  • Install, calibrate and maintain field instruments at monitoring points
  • Deploy and maintain IoT instrumentation
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hydrology or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
