Caregiver Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver Specialist to provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, including disabilities, mental health conditions, and elderly care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
- Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required.
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- AHPRA registration and full working rights.
- Current Working with Children Check, CPR, and First Aid certification.
