We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Myhomecare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients in the Northern suburbs of Victoria.

This is a permanent part-time role with guaranteed hours, offering a competitive hourly rate of $32.20, plus $1.10 per client kilometer reimbursement and 11.5% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to our aged care clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in aged care, disability, or community nursing
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • The right to work in Australia
