Breakfast Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Service Manager to lead our breakfast team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth breakfast operation.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing breakfast team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for Food & Beverage Attendants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular team huddles to motivate and energize the team, focusing on excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Oversee shift changes, track staff availability, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Beverage Experience: You have extensive experience in leading breakfast shifts and can manage with confidence.
- Coffee & Cocktails: Barista skills are a plus. If you can prepare a perfect morning brew, it's a definite advantage.
- Certifications: Current QLD RSA is mandatory, and RMLV is highly desirable.
- Leadership & Calm Under Pressure: You motivate your team with positivity and maintain a relaxed atmosphere even during busy periods.
- Top-Notch Guest Service Skills: With excellent communication and polished presentation, you make every guest feel valued and respected.
- Flexibility: Availability for various shifts, including weekends and mornings, to ensure continuous breakfast service excellence.
