Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced employment lawyer to lead on complex IR/ER matters, guide enterprise agreement negotiations and represent the organisation before key tribunals and courts.

About the Role

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Strong IR/ER and employment law expertise, including appearances before key tribunals and courts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to handle complex, sensitive issues.
