Highly Experienced Workplace Relations Lawyer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Relations and Employment lawyer to join our team.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer with 4-6 years of post-admission experience in employment law practice. You will work closely with our highly regarded partners who are recognised leaders in the employment law space.
- You will handle a wide variety of matters, including high-stakes litigation, strategic advisory work, and compliance projects for major clients across diverse industries.
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures;
- Advising on complex industrial relations and enterprise bargaining negotiations;
- Providing strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management, grievances, and terminations;
- Interpreting legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and associated regulations;
- Running and supporting litigation matters involving unfair dismissal, general protections, and contractual disputes; and
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers and graduates within the team.
