Project Architect Job

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established architecture practice known for their work across multi- typology projects. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple hospitality projects from tendering through to completion.

  • Job Description:
  • Manage tendering and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive design outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple hospitality projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Requirements:
  • Registered Architect (Victoria) with 8+ years' experience.
  • Strong background in project delivery, including contract administration.
  • High proficiency in Revit.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Current driver's licence.
