Job Title: Admissions Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Admissions Officer. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and issue documents in a timely manner.

About the Role:

  • Maintaining knowledge on student enquiries, course entry requirements, and admission programs is essential for success in this role.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain student records across various systems is also required.
  • Effective communication with agents and internal customers is vital, as well as demonstrating legislative framework knowledge and corporate policy compliance throughout the process.
  • Excellent administrative, time-management, and organisational skills are necessary for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse remote team is also essential.
  • Familiarity with software such as Study link, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases is preferred.
