About the Role

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement enhanced payroll system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate award and EBA pay rates within the system;
  • Develop user guides to meet relevant standards;
  • Ensure maximum efficiency through regular process reviews;
  • Monitor internal controls to guarantee accuracy and consistency in all payroll processes;
  • Provide support for complex payroll issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a large payroll team as a Payroll Analyst, Specialist, Coordinator, Officer or similar;
  • Advanced Microsoft skills in Excel and Word are essential;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong time management and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll system development and testing;
  • In-depth understanding of ATO rules and procedures;
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred, although not mandatory.
