Susquehanna Growth Equity is seeking a skilled Trading Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Futures & Options team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business-critical trading systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable and high-performance trading systems using C#.
- Collaborate with our Traders, Quantitative Researchers, and technology teams to deliver and manage trading systems.
- Participate in the analysis, design, and development of business-critical systems, taking projects through the entire software development cycle.
- Develop and maintain expertise in trading, risk, quantitative, and trading systems development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in trading systems development.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
- Exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and performance.
- Experience in Microservices and Cloud Technologies, preferably Azure Service Fabric, Microsoft Orleans, Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf, React JS, Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy, and ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of trading, derivatives, risk, pricing, and Greeks is highly regarded.
