Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled C# developer to join our Futures & Options team at Susquehanna Pacific, responsible for designing and developing business-critical trading systems that incorporate game theory and probabilistic thinking.

Susquehanna Pacific is a global quantitative trading firm that specializes in trading essentially all listed financial products and asset classes, with a focus on derivatives trading. Our employees collaborate to make optimal decisions and achieve winning results together.

We're looking for a talented individual with a proven track record of designing and developing business-critical systems. The successful candidate will be involved in the analysis, design, and development of trading systems, collaborating with technologists, traders, and quantitative analysts to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business-critical trading systems using C# and microservices architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and highly performant systems
  • Participate in the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cloud technologies, including Azure Service Fabric and Kubernetes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline
  • Exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and performance
  • Experience in microservices and cloud technologies, preferably with Azure Service Fabric, Microsoft Orleans, Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf, React JS, Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy, and ELK Stack
  • Knowledge of trading, derivatives, risk, pricing, and Greeks is highly regarded
