About the Role

SIG is seeking a skilled Quantitative Trading Systems Developer to join our team of experts in trading and technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance trading systems that can process massive amounts of data in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business-critical trading systems using object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, and Python.
  • Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and other technologists to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the capability and reliability of the systems using technology, automation, and optimization techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the field and apply them to improve our systems.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and experience with high-performance computing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability and ability to operate in a fast-paced, fluid organizational structure.
  • Graduate degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field and 2+ years of professional experience.
