Support Worker Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a support worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as transport, shopping, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and social activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Australian Federal Police Check
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
