Northern Beaches Disability Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team in the Northern Beaches area.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of client care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current full Australian driver's license and own car
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) or willingness to obtain
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Previous experience in disability support or assistant in nursing
  • Availability to work across all weekdays, including weekends and public holidays
