Village Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Village Manager to lead our dedicated team at Windsor Park nestled in Geelong.

Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, Windsor Park offers incredible resort-style amenities and a vibrant supportive environment for residents and our team to interact and enjoy.

As Village Manager, you'll play a key role in fostering a warm inclusive environment where residents enjoy a rich calendar of social events inviting communal spaces and the peace of mind that comes with living in a supportive community.

About You
  • You possess excellent people management skills with the ability to lead motivate and develop teams.
  • You have strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • You have proven experience in asset management ideally within property facilities or retirement living.
  • You are proactive solutions-focused with a commitment to resident wellbeing.
  • You are experienced in operational management with strong organisational consultative and negotiation skills.
  • You are confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications.
  • You are resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace.
  • You are customer-centric always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents first.
  • You are a people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.
  • You are compassionate with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniors.

The successful candidate will also have or be willing to complete their First Aid CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
