As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with customers to identify and achieve their goals, providing support and guidance every step of the way.

What You Will DoAs a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to customers in a way that promotes dignity and independence.
- Assisting with safe manual handling using equipment such as hoists and transfer aids.
- Working alongside clinical teams, families, and peers to implement positive behaviour support strategies and create environments where each person feels respected, understood, and empowered.
- Following individual care plans to support health needs, such as epilepsy and wound care.
- Administering medication safely and accurately according to medication management plans.
- Preparing and supporting mealtimes according to mealtime management plans.
- Maintaining and strengthening internal capabilities through ongoing training and reflective practice.
- Helping customers maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Assisting with community access, social inclusion, and everyday outings.
