Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
- Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
- Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Responsibilities will also include:
- Working across the lifespan with physical disability, paediatrics, adults, psychosocial conditions, and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Delivering timely therapeutic services and managing an allocated caseload

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
