We are seeking highly skilled professionals with a strong background in rehabilitation counselling, psychology, or social work to join our dynamic team of healthcare experts. The role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing individuals to manage their caseloads effectively while receiving the support of a collaborative team.
This diverse position involves working across various schemes, including workers' compensation, compulsory third-party insurance, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans' Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs. Our consultants will provide expert advice on injury prevention and workplace education programs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for injured workers.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in rehabilitation counselling, psychology, or social work;
- General or provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC membership or full AASW membership;
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation would be highly regarded;
- Fabulous communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients and stakeholders;
- Well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- A current QLD driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is essential.
