Our billable time target is an industry low 55%, making it realistic for our employees to achieve balance, continually learn, and love what they do. We prioritize streamlining administrative tasks centrally, leaving delivery of high-quality therapy to you.
You will be working with a highly diverse NDIS caseload encompassing all ages and abilities, providing assessment and intervention services in:
- Fine and Gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination;
- Sensory processing;
- Daily Living skills; and
- Adaptive equipment and minor home modifications.
We support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change. This stimulating and challenging work allows you to grow your skills and embrace new possibilities.
About You
- Qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for AHPRA Registration.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relations with clients and colleagues.
- Flexible approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person.
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencing.
- Full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
