Therapy Professional

Seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our diverse and welcoming team.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work locally in your community while collaborating with likeminded colleagues nationally. This role offers the autonomy to work from home, allowing you to structure your day to suit your lifestyle, family life, personal preference, and caseload.

Our billable time target is an industry low 55%, making it realistic for our employees to achieve balance, continually learn, and love what they do. We prioritize streamlining administrative tasks centrally, leaving delivery of high-quality therapy to you.

You will be working with a highly diverse NDIS caseload encompassing all ages and abilities, providing assessment and intervention services in:

  • Fine and Gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination;
  • Sensory processing;
  • Daily Living skills; and
  • Adaptive equipment and minor home modifications.

We support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change. This stimulating and challenging work allows you to grow your skills and embrace new possibilities.

About You

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for AHPRA Registration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relations with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexible approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person.
  • Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencing.
  • Full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
