Strategic Account Manager - Coffee Division\

Due to an internal restructuring, we are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our coffee team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, focusing on account management, driving revenue streams through business development, and ensuring quality service and products.

Key Responsibilities:\

- Manage state-based accounts and key stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.\\\
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new business.\\\
- Facilitate coffee training as required by customers to ensure seamless product delivery.\\\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and expand market share.\\\
- Manage customer data and contract compliance to maintain a high level of customer service.\\\

Requirements:\
\\\
- \\\
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar B2B role, preferably in the coffee industry.\\\
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to negotiate and maintain relationships.\\\
- A 'customer first' mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\\\
- Computer proficient with MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a valid driver's license.\\\
