Join a dynamic team as a Learning & Development Partner in QLD. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

We're looking for someone with expertise in designing and delivering learning programs, ideally in professional services or a similar context. You should have hands-on experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of e-learning content developed using tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise) or equivalent platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partnering with leaders to identify learning needs and design training programs that support development and performance
  2. Facilitating workshops and leadership sessions to promote collaboration, growth, and alignment with company values
  3. Designing and creating tailored e-learning content using tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise), ensuring content is engaging, brand-aligned, and relevant to learner needs
  4. Managing learning platforms, communications, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and evaluation
  5. Curating external content and managing relationships with learning providers
  6. Using data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes
About You:
  • 8+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs
  • Strong working knowledge of learning management systems (e.g. Go1, LMS365) and instructional design tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise)
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and learning programmes, both in-person and virtually
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to coach subject matter experts and leaders in effective delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and impactful learning experiences
