**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Communications and Media Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for effectively communicating priorities, supporting change, and engaging stakeholders across various channels.

**About the Role**

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the narrative around early childhood reform. You will work closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to guide the narrative around our priorities and achievements.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic communications strategies that set clear objectives
  • Lead teams and projects, setting clear objectives and motivating others towards achieving strategic goals
  • Plan, develop, and administer projects to achieve successful outcomes
  • Negotiate, persuade, and engage with people at various levels to understand needs and requirements

**Requirements**

  • Exceptional communication skills with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic communications strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, setting clear objectives and motivating others
  • Proven experience in planning, developing, and administering projects to achieve successful outcomes
  • Ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with people at various levels

**Remuneration**
