About the Role:

The Head of Strategic Communications will join our Executive Team. We seek a dynamic professional to drive our reputation with both internal and external audiences and contribute to securing the growth of the business.

This role will lead the design and execution of an integrated communications strategy, positioning us as a trusted partner in delivering critical capability to the Australian Defence Force and allied nations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term communications and marketing strategy aligned with our strategic objectives
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to support product enhancements, service lines, and corporate initiatives
  • Evaluate and maintain our brand identity, ensuring relevance, consistency, and resonance with key audiences
  • Oversee all external facing communications including media relations, digital communications, advertising and executive speaking engagements
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment and message discipline in external advocacy
About You / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs and brand leadership roles, ideally in defence, technology, consulting or relevant sectors
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience advising senior executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across audiences
