Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic communications leader to drive influence and change at a national level. As the Creative Communications Director, you will design and deliver strategies to ensure our organisation is seen, heard, and trusted by key audiences.

You will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, managing a small team, and elevating a cause that matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shape messaging that resonates with government, industry, and community audiences, aligning with our organisational goals.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and creative culture.
  • Contribute to organisational strategy, planning, and reporting, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A seasoned communications professional with experience in corporate affairs or strategic engagement.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A track record of building and delivering communications strategies that achieve tangible results.
  • Excellent writing, messaging, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on compelling storytelling.
  • The ability to lead and support others with a collaborative leadership style, promoting a positive work environment.
