This permanent full-time position offers the chance to deliver excellence in teaching, research, and engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering innovative curricula across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Collaborating with colleagues to design engaging learning experiences that foster authentic student growth.
• Publishing impactful research in leading journals, with potential to attract competitive funding and build industry partnerships.
• Supporting PhD students and contributing to the School's research culture through collaborative projects and knowledge exchange.

This role is based at NUspace (Awabakal land), with opportunities to teach across other campuses as required.

You will be an emerging academic with expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship, ready to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You'll bring enthusiasm for teaching, a growing research profile, and a commitment to working with others to make a meaningful impact. To be successful, you'll have:

• A PhD in innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• A developing track record of high-quality publications and national research recognition.
• Experience in curriculum development and student-centred teaching.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to academic service and engagement.

• Salary: Academic Level B – $117,226–$139,207 plus 17% superannuation.
