Job Title: Visionary Design Lead

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead design efforts on high-profile education projects. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the design process from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for education projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and finalize design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guarantee accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide necessary guidance and solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address design changes, modifications, and value engineering opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of post-graduate experience working on construction projects, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design coordination.
