The Director will provide strategic direction and visionary leadership across diverse service functions. This role is central to organisational transformation, driving operational excellence, cultural change, and strategic alignment across all service areas.
The successful candidate will lead a senior leadership cohort to ensure services remain responsive, sustainable, and deeply aligned with the organisation's mission and values. They will oversee aged care, disability, mental health, family support services, research, digital governance, integrated health and care, and enabling services.

Key Criteria- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
- Executive Experience: At least 10 years' senior executive experience in large, complex human services organisations.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to design and deliver innovative operating models and client-centred outcomes.
- Transformational Change: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organisational transformation.
- Sector Knowledge: Extensive understanding of health, aged care, disability, and broader community services, including funding models and regulatory frameworks.
- Compliance & Suitability: Ability to meet mandatory clearances, including Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, criminal history, and evidence of working rights in Australia.
