Expert hearing services are provided by our Hearing Care Clinics to valued clients. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client experience and contributing to clinic performance.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.
  • Responsibilities include booking appointments, confirming entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates, following up with existing clients, and performing hearing screening checks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Book and confirm appointments using our online schedule tool
  • Work with clients to determine their entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates
  • Follow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of maintenance programs
  • Perform hearing screening checks (full training is provided)
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
  • Experience working with older demographics preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
  • Computer literacy skills
  • A valid visa to work in Australia

You must have previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in the industries listed above. A strong understanding of the needs of older adults is desirable.

This role requires a qualified individual who has obtained a Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
