As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you play a vital role in executing Xero's global small business lifecycle and engagement strategy.

This involves working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and deliver personalized journeys that are impactful, relevant, and beautiful.

  • You will support the development and execution of project initiatives within strict timelines and sequencing.
  • Leveraging research and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will gain insights into customer engagement behavior.
  • Help drive customer lifecycle programs that align with business goals and strategy.
  • Assist in building communications in SFMC (emails, SMS, push) and setting up batch sends.
  • Analyze experiment and journey performance, tying it back to original objectives and hypothesis.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or marketing automation platforms.

They should be skilled in Google Analytics and internal dashboards, as well as have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Google Analytics.

A data-driven and customer-focused mindset is essential for this role.
